We are excited to introduce one of the newest members of our MedNOW Clinics team, Alexandria “Alex” Hughes, PA-C.
Alex is a board-certified physician assistant with a passion for individualized, compassionate care and a strong commitment to helping patients feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their health journeys.
Alex enjoys working with patients to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. She emphasizes clear communication and transparency as the foundation for building trust and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she was consistently recognized on the dean’s list for academic excellence.
A Colorado native from Castle Rock, Alex shares a deep appreciation for our state's natural beauty. She is a professional-level mountain biker and enjoys snowboarding and rock climbing. Her love for the outdoors and dedication to volunteer work reflect her well-rounded approach to wellness, both inside and outside the clinic.
We are thrilled to welcome Alex to our team and look forward to the exceptional care she will provide to our patients across the Denver metro area.

As we welcome the New Year, we would like to remind you of our holiday hours for all MedNOW Clinics locations. On Wednesday, December 31 (New Year’s Eve), all locations will remain open to continue serving your healthcare needs. On Thursday, January 1 (New Year’s Day), all locations will be closed in observance of the holiday. We will resume regularly scheduled hours on Friday, January 2.
